Webinar Slides: Digital Approaches to Demand Reduction: Recent Results from the Field
In September 2019, the CWT Learning Group and the World Bank’s Global Wildlife Program co-hosted a webinar to share the recent results from demand reduction campaigns in Thailand. USAID’s Wildlife Asia Activity helps reduce demand for wildlife products by communicating, mobilizing, and advocating for ways to change practices and build new social norms around the use of wildlife products. Concurrently, the World Wildlife Fund has launched a global initiative to reduce demand for ivory by combining policy advocacy, consumer research, behavior change efforts, and market monitoring. In addition to this presentation, the webinar recording is also available below.
