Propensities to Engage in and Punish Corrupt Behavior: Experimental Evidence from Australia, India, Indonesia and Singapore
The authors employ a three person game across four countries to understand whether there are international differences in the propensity for individuals i) to engage in “corrupt” behavior that punishes the third player or ii) to punish the other players (at a price) when they have been victimized by such corruption.
